Our Terms and Conditions, and Refund Policies

This Agreement is applied between Funjuicy Multipurpose Marketing Network and the person/persons who use our service. Please go through it very carefully to ensure you understand our terms before making any purchase.

Customer Agreement
We are known for providing the various Web Hosting Services, Servers, SEO, SMO, Website Designing, and opportunities to work from home. All customers must be agreed on all terms and conditions mentioned prior to their signing up for any of the hosting plans and services being provided on Funjuicy. You are agreed and allowed to use only licensed and legal third party software in connection with our services. We may stop providing you any of our services whenever we find the illegal usage of our services from your ends, or if you disobey any of our terms and conditions.

We have the right to refuse to provide our services to anyone. Each and every service sold by us must be used in legal ways. It is strictly prohibited to transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material by violating any applicable law.
On any web hosting services that we provide, any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and must be avoided.

Ponzi or pyramid schemes,
prime banks programs,
bank debentures/bank debenture trading programs,
cryptocurrency/bitcoin miners,
mail bombers,
port scanners,
IP scanners,
mail harvesting scripts,
brute force scripts,
chat rooms,
banner rotators,
file dumps,
using disk space as secondary storage, sales of illegal objects and services. Also, your website must not be promoting any illegal things in any way.

Sites related to Human Trafficking, Prostitutions, Pornographic, and all others that are legally banned in india, should not be used with any of our services, and also, we neither create any of such websites, and nor we promote the same.

If at any time, your website will be found engaged in any of the illegal activities, the pornographic and related activities by any manner, then your site may be suspended without any prior notice.

Under our hosting plan, high-resolution audios/videos/images should neither be embedded and nor be uploaded.

Also, any copyrighted works should not be published on your website until and unless you don’t get the required legal permission for doing so.
An activity like Email spamming for any reason, and in any manner is also prohibited, and should always be avoided.

After getting the notification of any alleged violations, a full-scale investigation will be done, and during this period, we may restrict your reach to the services provided until the investigation is completed. If a customer is found guilty of violating our TOC, then in such a case, we have the right to suspend our services/service provided to you. Furthermore, we have the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of policy violation, and if the violation will be a criminal offense, then we will cooperate with police and related team, and have the right to provide them all asked details. Any service running through us, should no way be promoting or related to spamming, and also the IP address must not be located under any such activities, otherwise, immediate suspension of account will be done, and we may reactivate your account, only if you pay the penalty of INR 45000. Depending upon the seriousness of such activity caused by you, we may also terminate the service/services provided to you.


Advertising any illegal content, products, or services, should only be done if you have the required legal permissions, otherwise not. You may be asked to provide the required proof any time, and if you fail doing so, it may lead to suspension or termination of service/services provided to you, and other legal action may also be taken.

We also do not allow the hosting of publicly-accessible “open relay” SMTP or anonymous remailer service for whatever reasons.



If a customer is found exceeding the allowed bandwidth limit, he/she will be informed first to upgrade the hosting account. But, if he/she keeps continuously exceeding this limit, in such a case his/her hosting account may be suspended until he/she does not take all required measures to make sure that the bandwidth limit should not be exceeded anymore further.


Account Verification

Amount will be refunded only after the verification of your account, and only if you don’t disobey any of our terms and conditions. If the customer fails in getting verified, we will keep the amount on hold until the verification process does not get completed.


VPS Rules

Using a control panel is recommended to manage and operate the VPS. Customer having plan VPS will be alone responsible for doing the required configuration and settings, and in no manner, any member of our support team may ever be responsible in such cases. If you purchase windows VPS, we provide an evaluation version with that, and that can be reactivated after every 6 months.





We strictly prohibit the spamming, sending unsolicited emails from our servers or using email addresses that we maintain. If you caught doing any such things, then it may lead to deactivation of your account, and we would be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.


To make sure to maintain the proper speed without having any issue, we have set the maximum number of emails that can be sent per hour from your webmails associated with one hosting account. Shared & reseller customers may send 300 outgoing mails per hour, while our VPS customers would be able to send 1000 outgoing mails per hour and the Cloud hosting customers will be allowed to send 1500 outbound emails per hour. For dedicated server users, the maximum limit of sending emails is 3600 per hour. Also, on-time delivery of emails may not be guaranteed and may be subjected to errors caused on either on the receiver end or on the sender end.




Backup Policy

If you have not paid for backups, It is your sole responsibility to create and manage all backups, and in no way, the Funjuicy may ever be guilty of losing some, or all files. However, if you have paid, we will create the backup on every seven days. It should always be kept in mind that our server storage should not be used for storing your backup files, and if done, should be replaced to some safer location, otherwise, it may end up in losing your web files.


Unlimited Hosting

The following “unlimited” usage policies are limited to shared, and reseller hosting.


The maximum mailbox size should not exceed 5GB per mail created, and not more than 50 GB of server space may be used for email. The rule must be followed.


Uptime Guarantee

We do schedule maintenance once every week, and if you face any service interruption during this period, then it should not be counted as downtime or any failure of services. Also, if any of the third-party services stop working during or after the maintenance done, the company “Funjuicy” should not be blamed for the same.

Also, if the reason for failure or download of services is out of control for the Company “Funjuicy” then the Funjuicy should not be blamed on any base for having the issue. The government order, Natural disasters and failure due to 3rd party operations are some of such reasons where the Funjuicy can’t resolve the issue from its end, and thus should not be blamed.



It is completely up to you to make sure that your account is secured, and should not be shared with unauthorized users. If some illegal activities or any such actives that may avoid our terms and conditions, will be found from your account, we will take appropriate actions against you, and it will be totally up to you to prove your innocence.

Also, your account should not be used to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or anywhere else.




In any manner, and for any reason, you should not be involved in using our hosting server and other services to get unauthorized access anywhere. Also, any such tools that may be used for password hacking or causing any network issue, should not be used, and it will be considered as an illegal activity if found done. One of the examples of such tool is Password guessing tool.


Doing DOS attack, or any illegal attempt to make any server space overloaded, and network not working properly, comes under the avoiding the Indian cyber law, and the company “Funjuicy” will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security wherever required.




Billing Policy

Amount paid online will make your account to get set up within 24hrs after we receive the amount. But, if the amount is paid offline, the total time inclusive of receiving the amount, and the account setup will be around 7 working days exclusive of bank holidays.


We provide the 30 days money-back guarantee for first-time users only. If you already have or had an account with us, then in no way, you will be eligible for 30 days money-back guarantee.


Also, the refund policy may never be applicable to:-

Domain registration/transfer/renewal, cPanel,



Control Panel,

Cloud, VPS, Dedicated Server,

Paid Support,

SSL Certificates,


Windows OS,


and any other paid licenses.


Amount paid for SEO and SMO will not be refunded before 6 months at least. Also, if for at least 80% of time under first six months, or in the sixth months of first six month ( 30 days ), your website will be found ranking well, then no refund will be made. For SEO and SMO, if no refund request gets approved within the six months then amount paid 6 months back or earlier, will be refunded.


The changes in pricing pattern or policy by the software license company will be considered and applied immediately on Funjuicy clients.


We provide the money-back guarantee only on Shared hosting, Reseller hosting, WordPress hosting, and Email hosting. Money back is however applied to the SEO and SMO services too,but that is followed by some terms and conditions that are mentioned above.


In case, the service provided to you is suspended or terminated because of avoiding our Terms and Conditions, and policy, then you will not be eligible for any refund.


For Free Hosting program, the are some preset limitations such as On an OpenVZ VPS, GUI is not supported and it won’t be possible to upgrade the kernel or change BIOS setting. However, Kernel upgrade is possible on KVM Cloud instances but you cannot change the BIOS settings. In such cases, you may not be eligible for a refund.


The refunded amount will be exclusive of all taxes, setup fees, installation fees, premium support fees, and payment processing fees.


if you fail to pay for your purchased registered domain, then the company Funjuicy haves the right to be the owner of domain till the amount is not paid. If the amount is not paid within the next 45 days after the payment date ( when your current plan will be over) then the company may resell your domain to other customers, and you may or may not be provided the refund, depending on the company decision.


If you want to transfer the domain to some provider, then the applicable fee must be paid.


But, if you are using our shared hosting plan, and if you fail in making the payment then we don’t terminate or suspend your account if you follow some of the basic terms set by the company.


It should be noted that the WHMCS is included with a reseller hosting plan. You can manage a maximum of 250 clients with one WHMCS free or starter account, and for managing more clients, you may need to upgrade your WHMCS, that may cost you a little. In case, you have applied for WHMCS, but cancel the hosting plan within the next 30 days, then the amount refunded will not be inclusive of WHMCS starter cost.


The payments made through bank transfer, cheque, money order, cash deposit, and DD will not be refunded to your bank account. But, the refunded amount will be added as credit to the hosting account.


If not satisfied with services, the cancellation request must be applied within 30 days from the date of purchase, otherwise, no refund will be initiated.It is applied to all our services except the SEO and SMO.

The request for cancellation should be made through the client area.


It may take 4 to 5 working days from company end to get your refund processed.



Customer must be agreed to protect, indemnify, save and hold Funjuicy harmless from all stipulations, liabilities, losses, expenses and claims, as well as reasonable attorney’s fees assessed against the company Funjuicy, its agents, customers, officers, employees and administration that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by it’s customers, agents, employees or assigns.


Also, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Funjuicy harmless against liabilities arising out of the following.


Any harm caused to person or property, from the products and services sold through or in association with us.

Losing any electronic files created and/or maintained by customer (Or customer’s customer);

If any copyright gets violated, and any defective products and/or services sold to a customer from Funjuicy’s Services.

Refusal of Service

We have the right to stop providing you our services at our sole discretion. Also, we have the right to make changes to our Terms and conditions, and the old registered customers, and old customers will automatically be agreed to those changes.

Our unlimited plans simply mean that we haven’t set a limit for usage. But, excess load over Services may slow down the performance of services, and that may result in service failure. In that case, you will be requested to upgrade your plan. However, more than sufficient accessibility is provided under our unlimited plans, and overload on services may rarely happen.

It should be noted that we don’t create any such website that in any way may be violating the Indian laws. Also, we don’t promote any such websites in any manner.


If you have joined our work from home program, your payment will automatically be credited to your account on the 1st of every month. For every task that you will do for us, you will be given some cash reward only after approval of your task by the customers. The Sum of these rewards will make your monthly payment, and that you will be paid on the 1st of every month. The credited amount may take 7 to 10 days excluding holidays, to get displayed in your bank account. After we initiate the transfer from our end, it totally depends on the bank that how long it takes to get money transferred to your account.
